Health Visitors have a major interest in preventive care particularly amongst children, and in addition to our regular services we have separate child development, immunisation and smoking cessation clinics. They also take a large share of the care of our frail and elderly patients and are involved in the provision of the Elderly Screening Service for our over 75 year old patients.
